About Mostly Modern Festival
The Mostly Modern Festival is a brand new summer festival that celebrates the music of our time. The focus of the festival is "mostly modern": music by living composers from around the world, with an occasional foray into the past. For participants wanting to apply to the institute, go here. All Institute application deadlines end March 1st each season.
There will be eight concerts open to the public, starting the week of June 4th, 2018. See the complete concert schedule here. Click here to purchase tickets, or click here to purchase an Insider Festival Pass to attend all eight concerts.
The festival is ideally located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York, a world-renowned destination with an award-winning downtown.
New York, Boston, Montreal and Philadelphia are all within a three-hour drive. The festival takes place at Skidmore College and all the concerts are held at the Arthur Zankel Music Center.
