Masterclass with the internationally acclaimed Euclid Quartet, one of today’s most celebrated chamber ensembles. Known for performances of exceptional artistry, precision, and energy, the quartet has appeared at major venues and festivals across North America and earned global recognition as the first American string quartet to win a top prize at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition. In this engaging masterclass, members Jameson Cooper, Aviva Hakanoglu, Luis Enrique Vargas, and Justin Goldsmith will coach chamber ensembles and discuss ensemble communication, rehearsal techniques, interpretation, sound production, and the professional realities of sustaining a career in chamber music. Passionate advocates for both classical masterworks and contemporary music, the quartet brings decades of performing, recording, and teaching experience to an inspiring session designed for emerging string players, chamber ensembles, composers, and music educators alike.
